Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used lipsticks
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@luxuryfootwearr.com or call 312-269-0182 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship the return to the following address:

Note: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund as per our policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
